Biography: A Cinematic Approach to Real Estate.
My photography journey began in 2018. I wanted to capture the aspects of my various adventure
sports- skydiving, SCUBA diving, rock and ice climbing, mountaineering, wind surfing, and
wake surfing. People quipped, “Jack of all trades, master of none.” My quick reply was, “I ain’t
Jack!”
My photography quickly grew into the art of cinematography and the display of my artistic photo
works in a Sheridan art gallery. I formed Iaintjack Productions, LLC and started video
production professionally in 2020. I started doing mini-documentaries for a stream bed
restoration company and entered the realm of real estate video. This opened a door for me to
complete a mini-documentary on the Plugged and Abandoned project in North Dakota during the
COVID crisis.
Iaintjack Production takes a cinematic and story driven approach. In real estate, the objective is
to tell the story of the property in a way that engages the buyer. The videos are truthful, artful,
and simple, to maximize visual impact and stir emotion. This is done not only in the shooting
process, but also in the editing of the footage. I use: vintage lenses on a modern digital full-
frame camera with a slider, hyper-lapse, action camera, gimble, drone, licensed music, and
narration.
Iaintjack Productions strives to give a high value to dollar ratio for the realtor. It is a
collaborative effort achieving the end goal: sell the property. Final production is posted on
YouTube for easy linking and sharing. A physical digital copy is also provided on a thumb drive
for use on realty platforms.
I ask you to collaborate with me today.
